Founded in September 2023 by Rivka H., USTAR was born from a strong belief that every child carries unique potential waiting to be discovered, nourished, and strengthened. Currently, USTAR proudly services the Crown Heights Brooklyn neighborhood.
Through creative and engaging after-school activities, USTAR aims to help children achieve academic and real-world success by strengthening problem-solving skills and developing social skills skills for future success.
Rivka grew up in Sydney, Australia, with a strong passion for academics, music, art, and recreational pursuits.
